Hard work pays off—I managed to do it, so I'm posting this to record it.
Hyper Light's notification center large clock notification bar material is injected like this: modify the bell material to the target notification bar style, then enlarge the bell material, adjust its position, and place it below the clock.
The notification center's large clock and weather effect display are not on the bell, but by changing the operator's name, the injection point is at the operator's name.
After several modifications, it was finally completed, but for the module to function properly, some conditions must meet the effect shown in the diagram.
First, Similu needs to enable the hidden carrier name switch. Second, after Hyper Light enables the weather bar style, you need to disable "Show Bar" to make the weather bar work properly. The effect I'm using now is the screenshot effect, and the data is as follows
