Preface: In April 2026,HuaweiThe Band 11 series was released, marking a significant upgrade and progress compared to the previous generation. As the previous generation, most of the Huawei Band 10 was inherited from the Band 6, making it a legacy of the Band 6
, then as a big stab in the back for buying the 329 yuan at the original price, the Band 10 was released a year and a half laterHow does this band perform now? Can it still meet my daily needs?
(Note: This is my first time writing long images and texts. If you don't like it, please don't criticize, thank you.)![]()
––––––––––––––––– dividing line––––––––––––––––––
Section A: Appearance & Wearing Experience
As a wearable product, the most important aspect of the wristband is its wearing experience. Compared to the 9th generation of the 678, this generation's biggest upgrade is the metal frame (which is already a huge upgrade in recent generations).
Washing and chamfering greatly enhances the texture, but otherwise there is no noticeable difference
Front chamfer
Side metal frame
Of course, the strap is also an important part, but here comes the most critical part: Huawei's original fluororubber strap![]()
![]()
As everyone knows, fluororubber straps are a typical case where the drawbacks outweigh the advantages. The advantage is waterproofing, but the downside is that it's too stuffy and uncomfortable to wear, but after some wear,OptimizationFluororubber can help ease the wearing experience, but Huawei's original fluororubber strap is the worst kindNot only is it uncomfortable to wear, but it's also hard to clean. After a year, any tight spot on my wrist still has marks, so when I bought a nylon strap after a year, I just tossed it off![]()
8.35 yuan nylon strap
To sum up, this generation is indeed a bit more refined. In terms of feel, as long as you don't use the original strap, it's very good. My recommendation is nylon weaving![]()
Section B: Screen
Flashlight at maximum brightness
This generation's screen brightness is 500 nits. At the highest brightness, most scenarios are sufficient, though sunlight still doesn't work. Also, when activated, auto-brightness is enabled by default, which significantly lowers brightness. It's recommended to turn it off. If you need sunlight, the 1500 nits Band 11 is recommendedpro, the viewing angle is about 120~140 degrees
The most annoying part of this screen is actually the bezelNot only are the edges black big, but the four sides are unevenly wide, and the neighboring Mi Huan can have small bezels. Ah, this one![]()
![]()
There's also a 30Hz low refresh rate. When measuring blood oxygen levels, the animation clearly feels stuttering and is unbearably uncomfortable
Actually, the frame isn't too wide—2mm wide on both sides and 3mm above and belowMobile phonesIt's not that big, since most quad-curved screens are this wide, but at smaller sizes, it becomes quite large
To sum up, this screen is ruined by black bezels and 30Hz refresh rate. My suggestion is to use the factory-installed black watch face or a black base face, otherwise it will look very annoying
It comes pre-installed with a black dial
Section C: Exercise & Health
This generation's health has two major improvements and selling points: it can measure premature beats and mood. As for heart rate and blood oxygen basics, most brands are pretty similar. Their sleep is indeed good, with accurate measurements of bedtime and wake-up time. Huawei has consistently topped the rankings for these basics, so I won't elaborate further
But in reality, most of these two huge improvements are just gimmicksAs shown in the figure below, the pleasure shown above is actually when I was tormented by the magical Chinese memorization (the graduation table). At this point, no one could detect happiness for me![]()
And then there's premature beats. Actually, no one can measure them accurately. There are many factors interfering with premature beats, even the least easily affected atrial fibrillation. Many of these are triggered, and often they flare up again and then disappear. Only a 24-hour ECG can tell. Most of my tests are normal, and maybe I know my own limits
As for sports, the neighboring Mi Huan at the same price point already uses GNSS positioning. Uncle Hua is still worrying about his own accelerometer, and if you run 800m, he records it as 0.69km. As long as your heart rate is above 100, you can even get distance measured by waving your hand in place, plus an aerobic pace for me. I can only say I'm done
But the jump rope is okay; whether it's the triprope or the number of jump ropes, it matches perfectly
Emotions
Aerobic energy thrown out
In summary, exercise and heart rate are quite mediocre
Section E: System & Performance
First, about this system. It's been one year since I bought it, and it's version 5.0.0.135UpdateThere are three versions. 150 .157..158
System maintenance is worrying. Don't expect anything special about Apollo 3. Sometimes the phone nearby can disconnect Bluetooth, and the response speed is insaneWhen I exercise, I run 1km, and after finishing, it tells me that it recognizes the movement![]()
Basically, after the system is upgraded, the performance is also upgraded
Section F: Endurance
Finally, we've reached a point where we can praise it, but limited by its size, this partBatteryIt's only a little over 80mAh, but actual battery life is set to sleep mode for 8 hours a day, with a super 20-minute screen on once daily. Everything else works normally. With heart rate and premature beat detection enabled, the actual test was 164 hours. For comparison, my classmate's Mi Huan 9 lasts about 150 hours. Although it's more than half below the official 14-day claim, it's still usable
––––––––––––––––– dividing line––––––––––––––––––
That's all for these six parts. Back to the question at the beginning: Can this wristband still be used?
My answer is that although I don't have a great opinion of this band, it's just average, not too bad. To put it plainly, it's barely usable. The key is the price. For someone like me who bought it for 329, it's definitely not great, but considering it...Extremely peacefulThe vast majority of people buy it for over 100 yuan or even double digits, so this is indeed a very good wristband, and at the same price point, no matter what it isXiaomiThe Band 10 or the Huawei Band 11 Pro are both better choices, and you can even pay extra for the Fit4.Cost performanceNot too high, but this posthumous work can't compare to the posthumous works from a neighboring completor on a certain platform![]()
